Scope and data controller

This notice covers personal-data processing by AXIOM Academy & Studio ("AXIOM") through axiomsounds.com and the phone, email and social communication channels linked from the website.

AXIOM Academy & Studio is the data controller for these activities. You may send privacy and personal-data requests to info@axiomsounds.com.

Data processed and how it is collected

When you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we may receive your name, contact details, message content, the course or service you are interested in and related communication records. Please do not provide sensitive personal data unless it is necessary.

When you visit the website, limited technical information may be generated automatically by hosting and infrastructure providers, including IP address, browser and device information, request times, pages requested, and security or error logs.

The website currently has no user accounts, online payment system, contact form or persistent user profile.

Purposes and legal bases

Personal data may be processed to answer enquiries, provide information about courses and studio services, arrange a conversation or service process, manage communications, operate and secure the website, meet legal obligations, and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Processing relies on the legal grounds available under Article 5 of Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, including steps directly related to entering into or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Consent is used where required.

Sharing and international transfers

Data may be shared only as necessary for the purposes above with authorised people working for AXIOM, hosting and technical infrastructure providers, email and communication providers, legal and accounting advisers, and public authorities that are legally entitled to receive it.

Some providers, including WhatsApp, Instagram, email and hosting services, may process data outside Türkiye. Any such transfer is handled in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and the applicable conditions and safeguards. Third-party services also apply their own privacy terms.

Cookies and similar technologies

In its current configuration, the website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Infrastructure providers may perform essential technical processing needed to deliver and secure the website.

When you open a third-party link, that service may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Those activities are governed by the third party's terms.

Retention and security

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and any applicable legal retention period. When the reasons for processing no longer apply, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of internet transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, and learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred. You may also request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, and ask for those actions to be notified to relevant recipients.

You may object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis and request compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.

Send requests to info@axiomsounds.com. We may request limited additional information to verify your identity and connection to the request securely. You also retain the right to apply to Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority where the applicable procedure permits.

If the Turkish and English versions differ, the Turkish version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
